- Traditional Kundalini Yoga -

I am a 200-hour certified teacher in traditional Kundalini Yoga, and I feel humbled and deeply grateful to walk this path — both as a lifelong student and a developing teacher.

Kundalini Yoga has become a core part of my daily practice. With a strong focus on pranayama (breathwork), movement, and meditation, this practice has supported profound shifts in my inner awareness, vitality, and connection to self.

This journey would not have been possible without the path that led me here: years of purification through raw food, breathwork, yoga, meditation, and the guidance of incredible teachers. Each step revealed another — a continuous unfolding of self-discovery and growth.

I honour the discipline that comes with this practice, and the insights it continues to offer. Kundalini Yoga is not just a method — it is a sacred technology that awakens prana, clears blockages, and activates the central channel (Sushumna Nadi), allowing life force to move freely through the body.

It is from this space of transformation that I feel called to share the practice — to pass on the tools that have supported my own journey of healing, empowerment, and energetic alignment.

You are your own teacher. The practice simply reminds you.

- Working with Our Chakras -

Working with the chakras is a core part of the Kundalini Yoga tradition — activating, balancing, and clearing the energetic centers that shape our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

If you're curious about developing your own Kundalini practice, I'm here to support you. Whether you're looking for simple tools, book recommendations, or guidance on where to begin, feel free to reach out.

I’m a firm advocate for the power of Kundalini Yoga and the greater yogic path of purification — integrating breath, movement, sound, and intention.

I’m currently creating a space where we can come together in community practice — not as teacher and student, but as equals walking this path side by side.

Coming soon:
– Weekly online Kundalini sessions
– Community-based practice circles
– Private sessions available on request

Stay tuned — and know you are warmly invited to join when the time is right.
